Personality portrait sessions are designed to capture all of it.
Unlike the soft, formal style of southern heirloom portraits, personality sessions give us room to play. We'll do full body shots and close-ups. Serious faces and belly laughs. That mischievous grin and the sweet, quiet moment right after. Different poses, different expressions, different sides of your child's personality - all in one session.
These sessions are perfect for:

I still use beautiful studio lighting and fine art backdrops (solid colors and elegant fabrics - no busy patterns or themes). Every image is still hand-edited individually to museum-quality standards. The quality and artistry are exactly the same as my heirloom work - just with more variety and movement.

Kindergarten Portraits with Tux & Drape

I'm the only photographer in Columbia offering traditional tuxedo and drape portraits for kindergarten-age children.

Imagine having a formal portrait of your child at the very beginning of their school journey - and then matching it with another at high school graduation. It's the ultimate before-and-after, a matched set of heirloom portraits that bookend their entire childhood.

These classic portraits have been a tradition for generations, and I'm proud to bring this service to Columbia families.
